Major designers focused on the three established leaders in Japanese Fashion, Issey Miyake, Rei Kawakubo and Yohji Yamamoto to create extreme garments. Each have a unique artistic design which is inspirational in a sense that they all create powerful garments. In my design I want to play with a fitted yet voluminous style that will give the virtue of the beautiful human body. I want to enforce the idea that the curves or physical appearance of a persons body does not define one, it is what is within the person. I want my dress to give the statement of complexity but at the same time simplicity.
